The AV system in our Susquehanna Conference Center was outdated, failing, and needed replaced. SRBC partnered with Illumiate Integration on the upgrade of these conference rooms. The overall experience from the quote, to the upgrade, to the training on the new system, and support that followed was excellent. I would recommend Illuminated Integration to any company that is looking for an upgrade/replacement of the AV System in your Conference room(s).

Illuminated Integration has made a tremendous impact on the School District of Lancaster community. They have demonstrated time and time again that they genuinely care about our students, our staff, and the success of our district. Their commitment goes far beyond simply designing and installing AVL systems—they have become a true partner in helping our students grow and develop skills in the technology and production fields.
Illuminated Integration has consistently provided our students with the tools, technology, knowledge, and support necessary to succeed. They take the time to understand our needs, work alongside our staff, and ensure that our students have access to professional-level equipment and systems that prepare them for opportunities beyond high school.
Without Illuminated Integration’s help, expertise, and continued support, our district’s AVL systems would not be where they are today. Their willingness to go above and beyond, troubleshoot challenges, share their knowledge, and find solutions has made an enormous difference in what we are able to provide to our students and our community.
What makes Illuminated Integration truly exceptional is that they don’t treat us like just another customer. They have invested in our success. They understand that the systems they design and support are not simply equipment—they are tools that allow students to create, learn, collaborate, and discover careers in technology, audio, video, lighting, and live production.
Their partnership has helped us build an environment where students can work with the same types of technology and workflows used in the professional world. The confidence and hands-on experience our students gain from these opportunities is something that will stay with them long after they leave our schools.
We are incredibly grateful for everything Illuminated Integration has done for the School District of Lancaster. Their expertise, dedication, responsiveness, and genuine passion for helping our students succeed make them an exceptional AVL integrator and, more importantly, an invaluable partner to our district. We look forward to continuing this partnership and seeing the opportunities it creates for our students for years to come.

We used Illuminated because our previous vendor was no longer going to be able to continue offering services to us. From day one of our first meeting, we have been impressed with the response to new requests as well as support to our existing projects. We have updated many of our sound systems with their support on choosing the right products for our unique needs. We continue to feel like we have chosen the correct company to work with our facilities.

Illuminated Integration did a great job working with our team to not only put in [the] large [forty four foot wide video wall], but also break out rooms that have ten foot wide (video walls). Digital enhancement was then followed with audio and other technologies (integrated security, controls) to outfit the entire convention center. The team at Illuminated has worked really well with the team here at the convention center. We highly recommend.

Tyler and Mike from Illuminated did a superlative job with our Frederico Theater. They started the project soon after signing the contract, they met every deadline, they had no change orders, they communicated clearly and often and their training sessions were superb. We could not have asked for a better partner for Holy Ghost Prep’s Frederico Theater.

At Dorney Park we have a 200’ tall attraction that had an antiquated lighting system. It was inefficient, and static color changes would consume a large amount of time from our team. Illuminated Integration proposed a solution utilizing technology from SGM Lighting for our attraction. The tower is not only much brighter than before, but now it is the most visually stunning element in our skyline! The solution is easier to maintain, less expensive to operate and easier to manage color changes. I would definitely recommend considering Illuminated Integration and SGM Lighting for future projects.

“Everything went splendidly, from beginning to end. The guys were here on time and got right to work. They ran into some spots where they needed clarification, and they weren’t afraid to ask questions to make sure things were done the way we wanted. They also had enough time to not make us feel like they were trying to rush out of the door and move to the next job. They took the time to ensure everything was good for us to go before they left. I was exceedingly happy with the entire process. The whole team has been great to work with, and I’m sure I’ll be in contact for our next project.” Community Theatre League

I am the Technical Director at Saint John Vianney High School in Holmdel, NJ. Illuminated did a complete overhaul of our audio system; replacing the speakers, sound board, infrastructure, 20 wireless body mics and receivers, and adding some plug and play XLR ports to the front of the stage which work off touchscreens in various places in the room. Everything works seamlessly and their tech support is top notch. They are always willing to help even at weird times (which is especially helpful if something goes wrong during or near showtime!).
