Selective Insurance

Illuminated Integration partnered with Selective Insurance through multiple phases to develop and implement a flexible lighting environment for daily corporate use, events, stage presentations, and studio-style productions. Working alongside Selective Insurance, Mancini Duffy, the prime contractor, and the wider project team, Illuminated helped create a system that balances architectural aesthetics with high-level production demands.

The initial design phase established the lighting, power, and control strategy for the space. Illuminated coordinated system intent, budgets, site conditions, and integration requirements while producing drawings, connection diagrams, equipment schedules, bills of materials, and user interface layouts. This created a clear technical foundation for construction and system implementation.

Building on that design, Illuminated delivered an integrated lighting system across the auditorium, cafeteria, and presentation areas. ETC Navis 100 fixtures provide soft, warm illumination throughout the seating areas from a discreet aperture. Meteor REV Flex 4 fixtures maintain a similar architectural appearance while adding white and RGB color mixing for flexible, camera-ready top light. White ETC ColorSource Fresnel V fixtures blend cleanly into the room and provide controlled front lighting for presenters, live audiences, and video production.

The system is supported by ETC F-Drive infrastructure, providing centralized, low-voltage power and smooth, precise dimming. ETC Paradigm architectural controls simplify everyday operation, while a PC-based lighting console gives event operators more advanced production control when needed. When the partition between the presentation space and commissary is closed, an integrated sensor automatically separates the lighting controls so each space can operate independently.

The system also coordinates decorative lighting, motorized shades, occupancy sensing, and emergency lighting functions within the project scope. The completed solution gives Selective Insurance an adaptable environment that transitions easily between daily meetings, corporate gatherings, major presentations, and media production.
