Client Relationship Creative:

Illuminated Integration is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Client Relationship Creative.  This position will require the individual to work with end-users, designers, engineers, electrical contractors, architects and other professionals to develop designs that meet the needs of each project.  Typical projects will include schools, houses of worship, broadcast studios, and themed entertainment facilities.  The Client Relationship Creative will work closely with the design team and install team to produce quality finished projects and provide an excellent experience for clients.  The Client Relationship Creative will field questions from clients to the design team and installation team and provide solutions back to clients.   This position reports to the Account Executive Creative.

Job Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage relationships with multiple clients
  • Manage a sales process
  • Field customer inquiries from phone or web leads
  • Determine product and service offerings for clients’ project
  • Initiate customer contact both from the office and in the field
  • Develop project quotations
  • Perform site surveys and document existing equipment and facilities
  • Data entry into CRM
  • Be the coordinating voice between clients, systems designers, and design/sales staff.
  • Be the front-person to kick off new project conversations
  • Take note of client needs
  • Determine how to best handle the project (ie. who to involve from a system design or design sales staff standpoint)
  • Present proposals and designs to clients
  • Work on revisions of designs to meet clients’ needs
  • Field questions during the installation process from the client
  • Ensure client happiness after project completion
  • Create additional work with clients by continued communication after sales
  • After hours and weekend work as required
  • In-town and overnight travel as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive attitude and has the ability to work productively in a team environment.  
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, prior customer service experience preferred.
  • A familiarity with PC computers, CAD, and Google Workspace products.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with mechanical aptitude.
  • The ability to multitask, set agendas and handle several projects simultaneously.
  • The ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.

General Position Expectations:

  • Working hours are generally 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week, but are governed on a project by project basis.
    • After hours and weekend work as required.
  • Working from home may be allowed for certain days of the week.  It is a starting expectation that this position will be based in our main office.  
  • This position will require travel on a project by project basis as this position is a combination of roles within the Design and Sales focus.  Travel expenses & meals will be covered by ii for all projects unless specifically mentioned prior to the start of said project. When at the office, no meals will be provided by Illuminated Integration unless provided by Managing Creative.
    • This requires a valid driver’s license to be maintained by the employee.

Installation Technician:

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our experienced installation team. Daily tasks include: installation of low-voltage wiring in buildings, rigging equipment, mounting equipment racks, terminating low voltage connections, and troubleshooting and testing equipment.

Some experience is preferred and experience will be taken into account before an offer is made.

  • This position will require travel on a project by project basis. Travel expenses & meals will be covered by ii for all projects unless specifically mentioned prior to the start of said project. When at the shop, no meals will be provided by Illuminated Integration unless provided by Managing Creative.
  • This requires a valid driver’s license to be maintained by the employee.

Payment & Benefits Compensation (all open positions):

  • 15 days paid vacation for the first year (must request vacation days at least 2 weeks in advance.)  At two years of employment, the employee will earn 20 days paid vacation annually.  At 5 years of employment, the employee will earn 25 days paid vacation annually.  Long term vacations of more than 2 days in consecutive order must be requested at a minimum of 4 weeks in advance to be considered.  
  • This position covers 50% of health insurance for the employee if the employee opts into the provided insurance plans.  The position allows use of the group health insurance plan for family members.  Rates will be provided.

This position includes a 401K retirement account with contributions after 6 months of employment.
