VideoThe Swatara Township Board Room project delivers a fully integrated audio, video, and control solution designed to support council meetings, presentations, and public engagement with simple, intuitive operation.
The upgraded system includes a new audio system featuring distributed speakers and amplifiers for clear speech reinforcement throughout the room. Microphones are installed at each board position, paired with individual monitors to provide enhanced visibility and participation for board members during meetings and presentations.
A new direct view LED wall serves as the primary presentation and content display, complemented by four additional displays positioned throughout the room for overflow viewing, agenda sharing, and presentation support. The video system also includes a high-quality camera and streaming solution, allowing meetings to be broadcast and recorded for remote viewers with improved clarity and reliability.
An AV over IP (AVoIP) infrastructure provides flexible video distribution throughout the space, enabling seamless routing and management of content sources across all displays.
At the center of the system is an intuitive control platform that simplifies operation of the entire room. From powering on the system and managing audio levels to launching presentations and controlling streaming functions, township staff can operate the space through a user-friendly interface designed for efficient day-to-day use.
