ALL ABOUT THE PROJECTION SYSTEMS WE INSTALL
We install different systems to deliver the functionality you want and the performance your setup demands.
There’s a lot to consider when choosing which one best suits your application, including the base cost, system features, screen size and potential lifespan. Our team will help you determine whether a lamp-based or lamp-free system best matches your needs and assist with your individual model selection.
LAMP-BASED PROJECTORS
Lamp-based projectors are cost-effective products often used in schools, conference rooms and church services. These include:
- LCD projectors: LCD (liquid crystal display) projectors use a lamp, mirror and prisms to display images on your screen. These systems are the most affordable.
- DLP projectors: DDLP (Digital Light Processing) systems are the latest lamp-based projectors. They last longer, perform better and have other added advantages.
LAMP-FREE PROJECTORS
Lamp-free projectors are the most advanced projection systems. These include laser and LED projectors. Both of the following still utilize LCD or DLP technology to deliver vibrant color at high refresh rates. The light source is replaced with the following and both offer unique advantages:
- Laser projectors: A laser projector uses laser beams to produce full-color images with exceptional clarity. They typically require little ongoing maintenance.
- LED projectors: LED (light-emitting diode) projectors are lightweight and have long lifespans. You can get extremely sharp images with these lamp-free systems.
